Quotation

A written quotation given after a survey stays valid for 15 days. If the actual quantity of goods turns out to be more than what was surveyed, the rate may change, but you will always be told before any work starts.

Booking and advance

An advance payment is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable at the time of delivery.

Responsibility for goods

We take responsibility for damage caused by our own fault. Natural disasters, riots and government restrictions are not covered. Transit insurance is required for high value goods.

Items we cannot carry

We do not transport cash, jewellery, important original documents, inflammable material or anything illegal. Please keep such items with you.

Delivery time

All stated delivery times are approximate. Traffic, weather, strikes and road closures can cause delays, and you will be informed immediately if that happens.
